Booking Process Online Booking: All sessions must be booked through our online platform. This ensures we can accurately reserve your preferred date and time. Availability is updated in real-time, and sessions are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session. Confirmation Email: Once your booking and deposit have been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details, preparation tips, and next steps. Contracts and Legal Agreements Mandatory Contract Signing: All clients are required to sign a photography contract prior to the session. The contract outlines key details such as session terms, privacy preferences, image usage rights, and payment terms. The contract must be signed no later than 48 hours before your session. Failure to complete this step may result in the cancellation of your session. Privacy Preferences: We respect your privacy and will only use your images with your explicit permission, as outlined in the contract. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Your deposit can be transferred to a new session date within the next 6 months, subject to availability. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the session date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. In the rare event that we need to reschedule your session, we will accommodate your preferred date or offer a full refund of your deposit.
